yum...simmering on the stove right now. I can't wait for dinner. The broth is delicous. I left the peas out in hopes my teenager will eat it too!

I am so glad I made this soup. I loved it! I used chicken instead of turkey because it was what I had in hand, and I also used half a jalepeno (diced up into tiny bits) because I didn't have tomato with green chili's. But, it still turned out great.

I did modify slightly by adding 1 tblspn of whole wheat flour to the vegatables while they sauteed. I also cooked the orzo in the soup-these modifications thickened the soup somewhat, which is how we prefer soups. Definitely plan on making again!
Absolutely delicious and easy to make out of ingredients I typically have in my house. No need to run to the store for ingredients. My whole family loved this soup. Thank you for sharing this recipie
