WHEN I'm in a hurry to prepare potatoes, I resort to this recipe that I created myself. The mix of seasonings is just right and makes a delicious, attractive side dish. It's been a family favorite for a long time and fits with most any meal. -Lois Collier, Vineland, New Jersey

I do not really like potatoes but cooked this as we had the vegetable in the refrigerator. Delicious! My husband, son and I loved it. I served it with baked chicken.

It's hard for me to find meals that have a lot of flavor, but this one does! I added cooked ground beef at the end to make it a main dish. Excellent! Also, remember to add the time it takes to cook the potatoes, because this adds about 20 minutes to the amount of time to make the dish.

I love these skillet potatoes. I also like to add Season Salt to it!

We liked these potatoes. Since I needed to make enough for six, I had to substitute a few russets and peeled all of the potatoes since my husband doesn't like potato peelings. I also added some salt and pepper to the spice mix.
