I haven"t made these yet, but you can freeze your patties for just a a while and then they won"t be so soft on the grill!!! I've made plenty of turkey burgers and they've never slipped through!

My husband and I loved these burgers. They were pretty spicy but delicious and had tons of flavor. I made baked french fries for a side dish and they were perfect together

I keep looking for a turkey burger that will appeal to my beef- loving husband. Unfortunately, this isn't it. I thought it was tasty, but not exceptional.

I use ground turkey instead of ground beef . It's especially good in meat loaf, cilli, etc., as well as burgers. I use the Lipton Soup and add 1 or 2 TBS. of Woerchestershire sauce, in meat loaf or burgers. ALSO use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs - it may stick together better and is very good. Hope this helps.

I thought these were horrible. I almost couldn't eat a whole one for dinner the night I fixed them. They were very bland, so I added mustard and ketchup just so I could eat my dinner!

Yum! We loved this. One tip though, don't try grilling them outdoors. They are squishy enough at the start that they'll fall right through the grill rack. Great flavor, though. If you want more heat, leave the seeds and white pith in the jalapeno.

I think I went too heavy on the jalepenos b/c they were really spicy but really good!

It is a great start. Everyone loved them even my picky grandson. Didn't know he was eating green pepper thought it was jalapeno. I will play around with the seasonings...maybe add a little cumin. Turkey is a sponge so anything will add flavor to it. Evryone liked the sauce but I can't make it to often because ranch dressing has MSG in it and is not good for my husband who can't have it. Will try the recipe from Country Woman for homemade ranch. Thanks for a great start. Nancy

suggestions from magazine--

Lean Ground Turkey: Add Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and Italian seasoning to meat. Top with spaghetti sauce, fresh spinach leaves and part-skim mozzarella.

Lean Ground Beef: Combine Greek seasoning and a bit of feta cheese with meat. Top with sliced roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts and onion.

Mix in diced chipotle pepper and reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese. Top with turkey bacon, sliced avocado, tomato and lettuce.

Lean Ground Beef or Turkey: Mix in chopped cilantro, minced fresh ginger and a splash of reduced-sodium soy sauce. Top with grilled onions and lettuce.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to meat. Top with lettuce, blue cheese, and reduced-fat sour cream mixed with hot sauce.
