I haven"t made these yet, but you can freeze your patties for just a a while and then they won"t be so soft on the grill!!! I've made plenty of turkey burgers and they've never slipped through!

My husband and I loved these burgers. They were pretty spicy but delicious and had tons of flavor. I made baked french fries for a side dish and they were perfect together

I keep looking for a turkey burger that will appeal to my beef- loving husband. Unfortunately, this isn't it. I thought it was tasty, but not exceptional.

I use ground turkey instead of ground beef . It's especially good in meat loaf, cilli, etc., as well as burgers. I use the Lipton Soup and add 1 or 2 TBS. of Woerchestershire sauce, in meat loaf or burgers. ALSO use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs - it may stick together better and is very good. Hope this helps.

I thought these were horrible. I almost couldn't eat a whole one for dinner the night I fixed them. They were very bland, so I added mustard and ketchup just so I could eat my dinner!

Yum! We loved this. One tip though, don't try grilling them outdoors. They are squishy enough at the start that they'll fall right through the grill rack. Great flavor, though. If you want more heat, leave the seeds and white pith in the jalapeno.
