Super easy weeknight dinner. I served this with Easy Mexican Rice (also a Taste of Home recipe). It was a hit with my family so I will be making this again.

really like it only i like to marinate in alittle lime juice for like an hour or so and then put the lime squeeze bottle on the table for any one who wants some. taste even better than applebees fiesta chicken. and cheaper too.
