Not sure what the fuss is all about. My husband and I love shrimp and found this to be totally inedible. The flavors did not compliment each other at all.

I made this dish for an office Christmas party and everyone raved about it. It makes an impressive presentation with the beautiful colors and aroma. The president of the company asked me for the recipe! It's a snap to prepare and I'll be making this again and again.
