I have made something very similar just recently, only using light lemon yogurt instead of the sour cream, and also adding fat-free Cool Whip. Very yummy with angel food cake and blueberries!

I make this with skim or 1% milk, sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding & fat free or low-fat sour cream.
