My husband's a construction worker and this is a great treat to put in his lunch with whatever fresh fruit he wants. It keeps all week in the fridge. Fun, tasty, lemony! —Megan Wilkinson, Morgan, Utah

I joined this site with the express purpose to warn others NOT to make this recipe. Made it for a party and could not serve it...inedible with a very artificial taste from the instant pudding. I should've known better when I saw that as an ingredient. Used yogurt, honey, with touch of cinammon instead.Do yourself a favor and don't waste time or ingredients on this one. Nasty stuff.

Very good. It is so nice for a summer evening (or any time of year!). Lemon is yummy, but I'm sure many flavors would be good too.

I served this with fresh pineapple & strawberries & while it was okay, I envision this as a filling between layers of a lemon or yellow cake instead. Very tasty but didn't really lend much to the fruit I had.

I've made this for birthday parties and teacher appreciation brunches. I'm always asked for the recipe and no one can believe how easy it is! Absolutely delicious!

This is honestly one of the best fruit dips I have ever tried! I can't stop eating it! I made it with fat-free sour cream and it turned out perfectly.

I'm getting VERY irritated by people posting comments that relate to their own preferences and dietary needs!!! "If you can't say anything good..." - especially if you haven't tried the recipe/or wouldn't because of your likes and dislikes, DON'T bother commenting at all!!! I loved how easy this was to make and although I'm a real fan of everything from scratch, will make sure I have the instant lemon pudding mix on hand for the times my schedule doesn't allow me the time to spend making a recipe with fresh lemons, etc. Both my husband and I love lemon in any course and this is great for the coming season when we can get Ontario grown fresh fruit. Will try a dash of cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg with some fruit to give this a twist. Thanks for the recipe - have starred it, archived it and printed it off.

Lemon fruit dip is simple and easy to make and tastes so good, my family makes it whenever we have the fruit to go in it. It's a keeper and going in my recipe box, as we absolutely love it.

This is good and simple. Also found it good with some veggies-carrots and celery.

Excellent with Greek yogurt! I use the sugar-free pudding instead of regular-lower in calories and lower sugar contents.

I have made something very similar just recently, only using light lemon yogurt instead of the sour cream, and also adding fat-free Cool Whip. Very yummy with angel food cake and blueberries!

I make this with skim or 1% milk, sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding & fat free or low-fat sour cream.
