I would with my changes. Using Italian grated cheese,pecorino,parmesan.Anyway i call this sloppy joes i made these years ago.Iwould mix the meat and make hambugers then call it italian burgers.

sicilian? hmmm my mom use to call it poor mans sloppy joes lol she made this at the end of the week before payday because that is what was left in the house to cook. lol
