Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- DIPPING SAUCE:
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat the first five ingredients for 30
- seconds, stirring constantly. Add Shrimp and onions; stir-fry for
- 4-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Combine sauce ingredients;
- serve with shrimp. Yield: 6 servings.
