Sesame Chicken with Honey Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Coat chicken pieces with mayonnaise mixture, then toss in crumb mixture.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine sauce ingredients; serve with chicken. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (4 each) equals 414 calories, 30 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 72 mg cholesterol, 270 mg sodium, 15 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 22 g protein.

I make this for my roommates and they love it even the kids who are picky eaters

I'm happy to "Be the first to write a review" because I made these, but never reviewed them. They were perfect. I used chicken breast tenderloins instead of cubed chicken. This would make a great appetizer.
