These are a great alternative for fried potatoes. I followed the recipe to a T. They came out soft and tender (not crunchy). I did feel like they could be a little more seasoned.. so I added more seasoning salt before I served them to my family. They were a big hit and every last fry was demolished!

I threw in crazy salt, pepper, and garlic to season it. It's a favorite that we always have with oven fried chicken!

For three of us, I used 5 small potatoes and substituted McCormick's Mesquite Seasoning as a 1/4 tsp. has much less sodium than seasoned salt. Was tasty & had none left over.
