Leftovers are great, if there are any.•1/2 can (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted•1/2 can (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted•¼ can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted•¼ can (12 ounces) evaporated milk (3 oz.)•2 1/2 pounds medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced•1 ¼ pounds fully cooked ham, cubed•1 cups shredded cheddar cheese

This really sounds so good. But...can it be scaled down to feed a much smaller family. Like say a serving for 5?

I can't believe you can put 10 pounds of potatoes and 5 pounds of ham in a 13X9 pan. Tell me how it works.
