It's impossible to stop nibbling on warm pieces of this cheesy, oniony bread. The sliced loaf fans out for a fun presentation. —Kay Daly, Raleigh, North Carolina

Making it for the first time, I bought a half lb loaf of tuscan bread and followed directions exactly (cutting amounts in half, of course)exc for omitting poppy seeds - rave reviews! Used less cheese, but put it in every cut section. Excellent and SO easy!

This is a great appetizer for teenagers and adults. I had to ask the baker at our local grocery store for an uncut round loaf. Great mix of flavors and colorful too! A must try!

One of the BEST appetizers EVER. You will not regret making this and it's so so easy.

Oh my goodness! I have made this recipe 3 times now and the last time I made it for our family Christmas appetizer dinner. I had to literally keep hands out of it before it was time to serve! I eliminate the poppy seeds and add minced garlic to the butter mixture and use pepper jack cheese. AWESOME! I would highly reccommend using an electric knife as that is MUCH easier. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

This bread is so good! One year I made them for neighbor gifts, all wrapped in foil and ready for the oven.

We love this bread! I usually add fresh minced garlic into the butter for extra flavor. Always a hit!

UMMMM This is delicious but to cut back on caloriesjust use 1/2 of the cheese! It is still yummy!

This is addictive. For Sunday supper, I make a pot of soup and serve this bread with it - pure comfort food and so satisfying on a cold night. I can't wait to try it with bacon or pepper jack. What a great idea!

Try using pepper jack cheese and/or diced green chilies - really good! This is always a big hit at gatherings.
