Sauteed Corn with Cheddar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • In a small skillet, saute the corn, salt and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in cheese. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 3/4 cup equals 309 calories, 19 g fat (13 g saturated fat), 60 mg cholesterol, 447 mg sodium, 27 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 13 g protein.
