Sauteed Apples

Ingredients
- 5 medium Golden Delicious apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a large skillet, saute apples in butter for 1 minute. Add water;
- bring to a boil. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Reduce heat;
- cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Yield: 4 servings.
