This recipe was delicious! I left out the caraway seeds because I don't like them. Plus I made my own potatoe wedges using fresh potatoes. This is an easy recipe to make. I will definitely make it again.

I did not have the caraway seeds, but the meal was still good. It is a tasty mix of ingredients; a tad greasy, but still good.

I must say I was really hesitant to make this but after it started cooking and smelling good I felt better. My 3 yr old ate it right up and my husband polished off the rest. If you like vinegar then this is really good. If your not a huge fan then cut back alittle on the sauce

Followed the recipe to a T, except used fresh boiled red potatoes. This was too sweet for our taste, and I didn't care for the caraway seeds. If I did make it again I wouldn't put any sugar or seeds, and I'd slice the apple into rings.

I tried this recipe since it looked so easy and I was curious as to how the ingredients would taste together. It was absolutely delicious! very different flavor but very good. I used a Granny Smith apple like one of the commenters suggested, and I think that really added to the flavor. This recipe is a keeper and will definitely be made again.

Absolutely delicious! I use honey garlic sausages & it turns out wonderful! Our new favourite meal.

I used a 14 oz package of smoked sausage, 2 gala apples, 2 vidalia onions and a 2 lb package of frozen red potatoes. I had to adjust the butter to 5 tablespoons (3 at first and 2 after adding the veggies and fruit.) I also rough chopped the caraway seeds to release the flavor into the dish and used dried parsley flakes instead of fresh. Very tasty and quick to make.

My husband is usually not a fan of having fruit in his main dish dinner; but loved the touch of apple in this. I used granny smith and it gave a wonderful flavor.

I used one pound of baby red potatoes. I boiled them for 15 minutes and then quartered them before adding to the skillet. I also used green pepper in place of the apple. This recipe was definitely a hit at my house!

My husband & I really loved this recipe and it was so simple. I used fresh italian sausage, which I had in my frige, which I cooked before cutting it to size. I ususally take a recipe then try to aclamate it to what I have on hand.
