Saucy Pork Chops Recipe

Saucy Pork Chops Recipe Saucy Pork Chops Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 4

I don't always have time to fix the home-cooked meals my family loves, so I've come to rely on my slow cooker a lot. I fix these tangy chops at least once a week—the meat's so tender you can cut it with a fork—and we all love it! —Jennifer Ruberg, Two Harbors, Minnesota

This was so delicious! I forgot to take the chops out of the freezer, so I just decided to try throwing them in partially frozen. It worked great - I didn't even brown them(cause they were too frozen!:{), just added the salt, pepper and garlic powder to the ketchup mixture to keep the flavours. They were in for pretty much exactly 4 hours on low - turned out perfect! Will definitely make them again!

My husband said something along the lines of amazing & the best food he's ever eaten. A little overboard, I think, but we definitely give it 5 stars. :)

Really liked this. However next time I would only do it NO LONGER than 4 hours on low. Good flavor and very easy.
