Saucy Chicken Thighs

9 bone-in chicken thighs (6 ounces each) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1-1/2 cups barbecue sauce 1/2 cup honey 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
