Great recipe! I took the advice of the other reviewers and used brown sugar. That worked great! I did one batch with semi-sweet choc, but I also tried a batch with half butterscotch chips and half milk choc and peanut butter chip...these were harder to spread and didn't look at pretty, but they were tasty! Yummmmm!

Well-I am on my third pan of this delicious treat-everyone's who has eaten it really loves the taste-it is salty and crunchy and chocolately! For sure a must keep recipe.

I had to admit I thought using saltine crackers in a candy recipe sounded weird, but thought I would give it a go considering the high ratings. Wow, did I get a surprise - it tastes amazing! Easy to make too. This will definitely become a favorite.

My friend made it with butterscotch chips and then drizzle caramel sauce over it.

Success! This recipe was cheap and easy to make, and quick! I'll absolutely make it again, but I'll give the brown sugar a shot next time as suggested :)

I have been making this recipe for years! The only difference is that I use brown sugar. It is always a crowd pleaser and so easy to make.People are always surprised to learn they are made with crackers. I like to use salted tops.

I have also used brown sugar in place of white and it gives it a more toffee taste...enjoy!
