Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

There's nothing like fresh salmon, and my mom bakes it just right so it nearly melts in your mouth. The sour cream sauce is subtly seasoned with dill and horseradish so that it doesn't overpower the delicate salmon flavor. —Susan Emery, Everett, Washington

Another winner. I have substituted plain fat free Greek Yogurt for the sour cream. It's just as good!

I made this for dinner for me and boyfriend who claims not to like salmon. He agreed to try it and we both loved it. I've always liked salmon but this is my new favorite way to prepare it because it was so easy and I loved the sauce! My boyfriend even ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.

Just made the dill sauce to serve with salmon cakes and asparagus. It was delicious on both! A definite keeper. NO need to adjust the recipe, perfect as is.

delicious! added about 1/2 c grated cucumber to dill sauce.. so good. That hint of horseradish in sauce made it.

This is one of my rotation recipes. I've been making it for years. I always make extra and eat leftovers cold or slightly room temp.

It was fabulous. My family knew they didn't care for salmon until they tried it tonight. The fish was moist, flaky and tender. The sauce was excellent but the fish was just as fabulous without it. It was an extremely easy to make. I will make this again soon!
