There was an error in the beating instructions for this cake. They should read: "Beat on low speed for 2 minutes or stir by hand for 3 minutes." Everything else is correct.Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for bringing it to our attention.Taste of Home Test Kitchen

This is a fun cake for kids to make; it tastes faintly like Root Beer. I prefer regular icing to the whipped topping mix, though.
