Ingredients:
- 1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat egg and sugar. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans.
Spread into an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 6 servings.
