Made this when we had friends over for dinner and everyone LOVED it! I took the foil off at the end and broiled a few minutes for a crispy top.

This is the PERFECT simple side dish....you can even change the parmesan cheese to other spices like "southwestern" "greek" etc. to compliment a specific dish. Awesome!!!

Deff. easy to make! Needs just a little bit of something though... I added more parmesan cheese yet that wasn't quite good enough. Still good though!
