"THESE SIMPLE RECIPE is anything but plain. The flavors of garlic and herbs combine to add extra zip to tender new potatoes. This side dish goes hand in hand with the delicate taste of fish."

I have made this recipe several times, and it is so good! It is worth the time to make this recipe, and I highly recommend it. I made it again tonight, with some leftover flank steak, and like always it was delicious.
