These were good, but they kind of messed with my brain because they look like sweet potato fries, but taste like carrots. They were good dipped in ranch.

I also sprinkled a little cinnamon and sugar on, as I pulled them piping hot out of the oven. The family LOVED it! Great way to get the little ones to eat their carrots!
