Roast Beef Spirals Recipe
  • Prep: 20 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 48 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 thin slices deli roast beef

Directions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, garlic and ginger until blended. Spread over beef slices; roll up.
  • Wrap each in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-in. slices. Yield: 4 dozen.

Nutritional Facts 1 appetizer equals 36 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 12 mg cholesterol, 43 mg sodium, trace carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1/2 fat.

Very good, tho' we prefer to make these w/ horseradish instead of the garlic and ginger.
