These rollups are pretty darn good. Made them today for my residents at the retirement home that I work in. most of them liked them as well, and these are fussy people. A few used russian dressing as a dipping sauce, and a few like extra spicy mustard. Gonna make these again.

Really excellent. I used the smaller tortillas so they were smaller diameter, but I cut them thicker. Added a thin smear of Thousand Island dressing. Purchased the expensive deli corned beef and it was worth it! Thanks for sharing!

I've been making these for many years as well (and they were one of my creations as well) I don't use the mustard and horseradish in mine, I use Worch. sauce and a few other spices) I also serve them with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
