This recipe came about one night when I was trying to think of a new and different snack to serve the next day. The empty plate at the party signaled these rolls were a hit!

Made if for St Patty's day...Since not everyone likes sauerkraut I made some without. I actually liked it with out the kraut better. I used Boars Head corned beef...it was so worth the extra money!

Served this for a Final Four Game Playoff and it was a "royal" hit. My family asked me to make it for them as a "lunchbox" sandwich. So instead of cutting it in the suggested number of pieces, I leave the Press-and-Seal wrap around it, cut it in half, and slip each half into a sandwich bag.

The first time I made these, I followed the directions and they were delicious. The second time I tried them, I used a smaller tortilla (either 7 or 8") again following the recipe, but this time I warmed them up before serving. They are absolutely delicious when warm. Try it, you'll like it. (^~^)

Everyone enjoyed them and I had no left overs. However, I think they needed more cheese mixture and corned beef. I would double these next time.

I made these, as directed, for a party. They were a big hit. If this is your first time making rolls I have a suggestion. Spread the first layer the cream cheese mix all the way to the edges of the tortilla, this acts as the "glue". When you add the other ingredients leave about a quarter inch border around the sides, except by the area which will be the end of the roll. For that area, leave about a half inch border. As you roll the tortilla the ingredients tend to spread toward the end and by leaving the border your ingredients won't hang over the edge of the tortilla.

I made these for a work party and they were a big hit. I added additional horseradish and a bit of thousand island dressing to the mix, but other than that I didn't change it much. Great recipe.

The recipe was not clear enough about assembly. I have never made pinwheels before tonight. I had to take off half of the ingredients in order to roll up the tortillas. But they taste great!

Made some of these tasty roll-ups for a St. Patrick's day bunko party. They were a big hit, but there were a few left over for my family to enjoy the next day. I think the recipe could be "altered" to include other types of deli-cut meats, cheeses and other goodies. The cream cheese mixture is great! I'd certainly make these again!
