This may not be a true Reuben, but the taste is still fantastic and it's easy to make. I like to serve this bake with homemade soup. —Kathy Kittell, Lenexa, Kansas

This has become a family favorite! We love Reuben sandwiches so this is a big hit! You can now buy tubes of crescent roll dough that is NOT perforated which makes this recipe a breeze to fix.

We loved the flavors of this dish. Next time I make it I will eliminate the crescent roll layer on top and crumble rye crackers over the top for some crunch.

I was surprised at how delicious this was considering how easy it is to prepare. It would also be good cut in smaller pieces and served as an appetizer.

DELICIOUS. I ALSO USED LOW FAT INGREDIENTS. NEXT TIME, I AM GOING TO USE TURKEY INSTEAD OF CORNED BEEF.

I decided to try this out on my husband to see if we could have it when we invite guests for lunch. He thought it was great and wants me to serve it again anytime. I also cut the recipe in half and used an 8" x 8" pan. I only used one tube of rolls. MsLucy

Very easy to assemble, impressive enough to entertain, it's like a lasagne. I substituted low fat crescent rolls and used alpine lace swiss cheese, low fat thousand island and didn't compromise the taste at all!!!

I cut the recipe in half and put it in a 11x7 baking pan. I still used two tubes of crescent rolls though. This is really, really good... even my picky 6 year old ate it... sauerkraut and all!

That's sauerkraut for those of you who don't understand the pleeps *****
My subsitutions for this recipe, since I am not a *** person, is that I eliminated the *** and tomato sauce using homemade 1000 Isle dressing. Yum!

I made this yesterday. I have to say that I don't particularly care for Reuben sandwiches, but I found this to be great...all it needed was a tad of salt. Yummy!
