Reuben Chicken Recipe

Rating 4

With just four ingredients and little preparation time, this rich and cheesy main dish couldn't be easier. My family prefers it to traditional Reuben sandwiches made with corned beef.

This is a nice twist on the sandwich, which my family already loves. Very easy to prepare and uses ingredients we always have on hand. It does seem to be missing the rye flavor but I served it up with a hot french loaf and it was a hit. Everyone, 4 and 7 yr. olds included, asked me to make it again!
