Very Good! Thought the lime may be too much, but it added just the right amount of tang. We subbed the watermelon w/ strawberries. Also added a touch of Parmesan cheese.

Personally I don't care for blueberies but I do like and did substitute Boysenberries. I put the watermellon in a seperate dish for a dessert. I also added some cubed fresh pineapple and some Asparagus I had cooked earlier and cut into 1 inch pieces. I also made some homemade garlic-cheese croutons from whle wjheat bread that I cooked in a skillet in a small amount of butter to coat. It made an excellent dinner.

Chicken was wonderful, but we did not care for the taste of the watermelon in this salad, would make again with the blueberries and omit watermelon.
