Serving the rich, fresh-tasting dessert decorated like the flag is a great salute to the nation's independence! I used a new recipe I found and made some modifications based on tricks my grandma taught me.—Sue Gronholz, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

I have been making this for several years now, I haven't heard anyone say they did not like it.

We love this recipe, infact I have the cream cheese unchilling at the moment to make it.

Quick, easy and pretty. The 2 things that took the longest was washing/slicing the berries and whipping the cream.

I made this recipe for a July occassion, but I used a 13x11, to make it to look like the flag. Rave reviews by everyone. We're going to a Christmas gathering tonight and my husband is asking me to make it for that. Guess I better hurry, ya think? lol

I made this on the Fourth of July when I met my boss's entire family! Everyone loved it so much my own mom (who went with me) didn't even get to taste it. I don't like fruit, but it looked wonderful. I'm glad everyone enjoyed it!
