Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. I store the shredded cheese in the freezer in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags, so I have it at my fingertips whenever it’s needed. —Evelyn O., Parma, Ohio

This dish was just okay for me. I definitely want to make it again, however, and experiment with different sauces and cheeses. Thanks for the recipe, Taste of Home!

I've made this several times and our family enjoys it. I use meat filled ravioli sometimes for a change. It's yummy!

This was really good and so simple...i just used what I had on hand so 1% cottage cheese and I didn't have as much shredded cheese as the recipe called for but it was still really really good, i'm going to make it again soon but add more garlic to the sauce and maybe a can of mushrooms as well

This was very good. Super tasty and so simple to make. I did add some lean ground beef to the sauce, and next time, I'd add a bit more pasta sauce...maybe 1/4 to 1/2 bottle more...to make it a little more saucy.

My family loved this recipe. I used beef ravioli instead of cheese as my husband is not a fan. It turned out great - like a short cut lasagna.

This recipe is so quick and easy and super delicious! I have made it with both cottage and ricotta cheese and it is good either way. I didn't think to add meat so that is a great tip that I'll try next time. Definately a family favorite that we serve often.

My husband loved this recipe. He loves meat, so I added ground beef to mine too. Very easy to prepare and great taste.
