Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. I store the shredded cheese in the freezer in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags, so I have it at my fingertips whenever it’s needed. —Evelyn O., Parma, Ohio

Would add more ravioli to this and I did 24 oz of cottage cheese. It was a big hit at an Easter party we went to.

Loved recipe by all! Quick and easy dish--basically a lasagna taste without the fuss! I have made this for other families who just have had life changing circumstances and they have asked for the recipe to make again. This is a recipe my 4yr requests time and time over.

My husband, who is really particular about his food, LOVED this! So did all my kids, 4, 2.5, and 10 months :) Definitely a keeper!

I have been aking ravioli casserole for years. I add pepperoni layers after the cheese layers. Also, you do not need to cook raviloi's. They only need to be thawed out seperated in a single layer on wax paper. They cook and expand during baking and less pots and mess to clean up.

I have made this twice now and even members of my family who don't care much for cheese love this quick and tasty recipe!

This was really good and I don't even care that much for lasagna!

This was good, but I felt like it was just way too much cheese! I would probably add some meat next time, and maybe some onion and green pepper. I feel like this is a good idea that just needs tweaked a little to make it really great.

This was absolutely delicious! Tastes just like lasagna without all the fuss. I used a spinach ravioli and my husband and son didn't even notice they actually getting a serving of vegetable! Great recipe!

Oh my! I LOVE this recipe! I've made it a bunch of times already, and it is incredible. I highly recommend this because besides being very delicious, it is very simple to make with simple ingredients. You won't regret making this.

This dish was just okay for me. I definitely want to make it again, however, and experiment with different sauces and cheeses. Thanks for the recipe, Taste of Home!

I've made this several times and our family enjoys it. I use meat filled ravioli sometimes for a change. It's yummy!

This was really good and so simple...i just used what I had on hand so 1% cottage cheese and I didn't have as much shredded cheese as the recipe called for but it was still really really good, i'm going to make it again soon but add more garlic to the sauce and maybe a can of mushrooms as well

This was very good. Super tasty and so simple to make. I did add some lean ground beef to the sauce, and next time, I'd add a bit more pasta sauce...maybe 1/4 to 1/2 bottle more...to make it a little more saucy.

My family loved this recipe. I used beef ravioli instead of cheese as my husband is not a fan. It turned out great - like a short cut lasagna.

This recipe is so quick and easy and super delicious! I have made it with both cottage and ricotta cheese and it is good either way. I didn't think to add meat so that is a great tip that I'll try next time. Definately a family favorite that we serve often.

My family loved this dish too!! I added hamburger to the sauce as well. I really love ricotta cheese and will be trying it with ricotta instead of cottage cheese next time.

My husband isn't a fan of any kind of pasta, but he loves this dish! I added hamburger also as well as adding layers of pepperoni with the mozzarella and cottage cheese. It adds a great little zip to this recipe

This is a kid friendly meal! My kids and husband loved this! I did add cooked ground beef with the spaghetti sauce because my husband has to have meat in every dish. I don't care much for ravioli so I didn't like this dish very much, but I will definately be making it again for the kids! Serve with garlic bread and a salad and you have a complete meal. Very fast to make also.
