On the outside, these look like traditional brownies. When people bite in, though, are they surprised! It's almost like eating a rich filled chocolate candy. My husband and I are both teachers. We have two children, 7 and 3.

These brownies were incredible! Definately will be a go-to recipe when an impressive dessert is needed. The flavor of the chocolate-raspberry mousse on top really makes these brownies stand out.

I used strawberry jam, it was what I had. The brownies are very good not too sweet or overly chocolatey. The frosting is surprising with cream cheese. Very good. Will try with raspberry jam as well as other flavors. Thanks for sharing!
