Raspberry Orange Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

  • In the large Personal Blender cup, combine all ingredients. Process according to the manufacturer's directions. Pour into a chilled glass; serve immediately. Yield: 1 serving.

Nutritional Facts 1-1/4 cups equals 174 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 8 mg cholesterol, 54 mg sodium, 32 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 6 g protein.
