I had to substitute so many things its not a fair review but here we go! I used strawberries since I couldn't get to the store for raspberries. I used lemon pie filling as the store didn't have curd. I added chunks of leftover cupcakes. Well it was good and I will use rasberries if I can get to Sams in time. I'd also like to try it with banana pie filling and bananas, for a quick banana pudding dessert.
