“I love to cook for my children, grandchildren and the church. I've never taken this dish anywhere where it wasn't cleaned out. It's so simple, but so good and different that it's always a hit.” Mae Craft - Clarksville, Arkansas

Made it exactly as given but cut in half for just 2 of us and used 8" square baking dish. EXCELLENT!

Very easy recipe. Added some bacon on top. Would be good with some chopped green onion. Will definitely make again!

I love this recipe. I even replaced the potatoes with cauliflower and broccoli to make it a healthier dish. Now it's even better!

I took the other suggestions to heart and added the bacon, then I went 1 step further and added onions and onion salt. It was a hit. The men loved it. Would make again

These were very good, even though I realized I'd used a package of ranch DIP mix instead of the dressing mix. I plan on trying them again using the correct mix the next time.

Easy to make and tasty. A fun alternative to mashed potatoes. The only thing I did different was I used a 13x9 baking dish instead of the 11x7. Will be making this again soon!
