Ranch Floret Salad

Ingredients
- 6 bacon strips, diced
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 medium bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 to 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to
- paper towels to drain. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and
- broccoli. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, mayonnaise
- and sour cream. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and
- refrigerate until serving. Stir in bacon. Yield: 8 servings.
