Raisin Wheat Bread

1-1/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon water (70° to 80°)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons molasses
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
2/3 cup raisins
2 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/3 cups bread flour
2-1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

(check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of
water or flour if needed). *Editor's Note: If your bread
machine does not have a wheat setting, follow the manufacturer's
