Raisin Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions

In a large serving bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until smooth. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until serving. Yield: 12 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (3/4 cup) equals 284 calories, 21 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 7 mg cholesterol, 112 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 4 g protein.
