Rainbow Fruit Bowl Recipe
  • Prep: 15 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon balls
  • 2 cups honeydew balls
  • 2 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda

Directions

  • Combine melon balls in a glass bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together juices, sugar, mint and orange peel; pour over melon and toss gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, add soda and toss gently. Yield: 8 servings.
