Quick and Easy Spinach Pie

Ingredients
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) container feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish lightly with
- no-stick cooking spray.
- Stir together spinach, onions, eggs, cottage cheese, feta cheese,
- salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill in medium bowl.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo in prepared baking dish, allowing ends to
- hang over edge. Coat completely with no-stick cooking spray. Repeat
- with 4 more sheets of phyllo, spraying and alternating the direction
- of each sheet.
- Spread spinach mixture on phyllo layers in dish. Spray and layer
- remaining sheets as directed for bottom layer. Turn in edges to form
