This was a really good marinade and gave the chicken a lot of flavor. Unfortunately, I left it on the grill a little too long. I will be trying this again soon.

My whole family loved this. We will make this often this summer.

This was an ok marinade, not alot of flavour left after it was barbequed. Perhaps it wpuld have been better in a frying pan. The meat really dried out.

My brother in-law, who has to have dipping sauce for EVERYTHING, at this with no dipping. Sweet and tangy. Very good, and smelled great!

DELICIOUS!!!! Will definately be making this again. I did substitute garlic powder for the garlic salt.

This is excellent on chicken or pork. I cut the garlic salt in half & replace the other half with garlic powder. I also use fresh oregano and parsley from the garden.

Hubby went back for 2nds! I did substitue 1/4 tsp dry Italian seasoning for the parsley, bay leaf and oregano. Since I did not have garic salt I substtuted 1 tsp minced dry garlic.

I cooked mine in a browning bag in the oven . I poured the marinade over the chicken and it made a nice red gravy, great over mashed potatoes.

This chicken was fantastic! The entire family loved it, including my picky two year old twins. I used chicken tenderloins as that was all I had and skipped the bay leaf as well since I was out. Grilling time obviously was different. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making this again, for sure!
