WHEN OUR two sons left home (in the same year) to build their own "nests", we had lots of adjustments to make, especially in our menus. This recipe works well for us. It's easy, healthy and tasty. I would use 2 cups water next time. I used sodium free chicken boullion. I used more milk also. My husband didn't like it, but I did and will make again for me.

This was veery good. I would double the recipe next time. It was a little thick so I added more chicken broth in. I also added a little garlic in also.
