1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into 12 cubes STREUSEL: 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon cold butter or margarine
