Loved the mousse! I used a tsp. of pumpkin pie spice instead of the 3. Great for my weight watchers lifestyle with only 2 points per serving (even with lite cool whip!!)

I doubled the recipe for a larger group and used as a topping for spice cake. Instead of using 2 pkgs. of butterscotch pudding I used 1 plus a pkg. of cheesecake pudding. It was delicious.

I made this recipe for my family and it tastes like pumpkin pie without the crust. As a member of Weight Watchers, I would highly recommend this recipe because of the use of fat free and sugar free ingredients.
