Inside these golden puff pastry "packages", chicken breasts rolled with spinach, herbed cream cheese and walnuts are a savory surprise. I like to serve this elegant entree when we have guests or are celebrating a holiday or special occasion. -Brad Moritz, Limerick, Pennsylvania

This one was a total disaster. I followed the directions to the letter but not only did the puff pastry never get golden, it actually looked pale and was raw in the end. The recipes said to bake for 25 to 30 minutes and I had it in the oven for an hour just to make the dough bake. Will never make this again. I basically had to throw them all out.

Really liked this. I made the recipe my own - didn't have spinach so just used regular cream cheese, salt and pepper, dried chives and walnuts. They took around 45 minutes to cook - the chicken was cooked but the pastry wasnt as golden as the picture! But that aside, i really liked these and they had such a fancy flavour without being an impossible recipe to make. And rolling up the chicken in pastry wasnt hard at all! Yum.

Very good and easy to make! Flavor and texture was great. Hardest part of this recipe is finding spinach in my town!
