This was very simple, but added some great taste and texture, without a whole lot of extra fat or calories. I was low on pretzels (I was making this recipe to use up the last bit of broken up pretzels that no body wanted to eat) so I added some crushed chex cereal to it. I didn't put the melted butter on the chicken, but actually spread the chicken with honey mustard and then put the pretzels on them, and then sprayed them with butter spray before putting them in the oven. Something else that would be good with these is a slice of swiss cheese along with the ham. Great tender flavorful chicken.
