- I had borrowed a Taste and Home magazine in the fall of 2001. I had tried the dressing and it was very good. We moved the next year and I had lost the magazine. I can not remember what was it. Lemon juice, vinger, seasonings(salt and pepper) and maybe salad oil, but I can not recall how much you put in it.

- We love wild turkey and we never marinate it in anything just soak it good in salt water just after dressing it I don t think it has a wild taste meat is a little darker than tame turkey but very good Not much fat so if you are going to bake it you will need to brush with oil butter or something

- That's the way I've always understood it, except I pronounce both with a long ''a''. Just seems right since there's a silent ''e'' at the end. Doesn't bother me when folks use the words interchangeably though, especially when it's typed out. Could be a typo, and if not, well, guess I just figure there are other more important things to worry about ...

ISO: HAM GLAZE/ MARINATE..
- A lady at one of the clubs we frequent, makes the most delicious hams, but because she was hired to cook and make money for the clubs, she won't give out her 'secrets'. I know she uses brown sugar, and puts cloves into her ham, and also uses gingerale or 7-up. Can anybody help with this? It makes the most amazing tasting juicy ham. Thanks! Sue
